Dream it

It all begins with an idea. You need extra space but is it possible? Give me a call or send me a message using the contact page and I will be happy to discuss your project without obligation to see what is feasible.

Design it

Imaginative design solutions will be presented using 2D and 3D drawings. Photo realistic images show how it will look and a 3D app will even enable you to walk around your design using a tablet device.

I offer advice and guidance on how to approach planning and I will prepare your planning application to seek approval from the Local Authority.

Build it

Preparation of detailed construction drawings. Advice on finding a reputable local builder and costing your project. Site supervision and building contract advice if required. Building Regulations applications, Water Authority build over agreements and Party Wall Notices.
